Ronald John Coleman

Ronald John Coleman, 79, of Union Dale, died Monday February 23rd at home.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie Kuhenbeaker Coleman, who died March 19, 2015.

Born in Carbondale, son of the late Maxwell and Leatha Mayers Coleman, he was a former member of the Union Dale Presbyterian Church.  He was a graduate of Forest City Regional High School, Class of 1964, and a veteran of the Pennsylvania National Guard.  Prior to his retirement, he was employed by Quarry Hill Farm, Union Dale; he was previously employed by PennDot.  He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Union Dale Cemetery Association.

Surviving are several cousins from the Yale family and several friends, including Carl and Joyce Decker and James Pulice.

He was also preceded in death by a sister: Cathy Fitzpatrick.

The funeral will be Saturday February 28th with graveside services at 10 am in Union Dale Cemetery by Pastor Donald Perry.  Arrangements by the Jones & Brennan Funeral Home, 430 Main Street, Forest City.
